Ingredients: 6 g Pinellia Tuber (Fa Ban Xia) 100 g Sorghum Grain 150 g Turnip |
Directions:
1. Make a decoction from the pinellia tuber strain and add to the sorghum to make gruel.
2. Add the turnip when the gruel is half cooked.
3. Eat the gruel in two meals.
Pinellia tube dries up damp and dissolves phlegm. If you have symptoms of phlegm heat, the turnip can be replaced by caulis bambusa (Zhu Ru).
Turnip is good for descending qi and assisting digestion, dissolving phlegm and harmonizing the middle burner. Sorghum can reinforce the Spleen, absorb damp and harmonize the Stomach.
